How it works

One visit. Four steps. Done.

Everything happens on the same photo, in the same tool, while you're still parked out front.

STEP 01

Pull up the house

Type the address and Street View hands you the photo. No ladder, no drone, no drive-by the day before. Got a better shot on your phone? Use that instead.

STEP 02

Trace the roofline

Drag along the eaves and peaks. Footage totals update live as you draw — no tape, no guessing, no second app to re-measure in.

STEP 03

Flip on night mode

Night render built from the same day photo — their house, their roofline, not a stock image. Swap color presets while the homeowner watches. That's usually the moment they stop asking about price.

STEP 04

Hand them the number

Your rates apply themselves to the measured footage. Out comes a branded PDF proposal with real pricing — before the porch light even comes on.

Pricing engine

Your rates do the math

Set your numbers once. Every quote after that calculates itself off the measured footage — and stays fully editable when a job needs judgment.

  • Standard and complex per-foot tiers, so steep pitches and second stories price themselves right.
  • Job minimum and trip fee applied automatically — no more forgetting them at 7pm in a driveway.
  • Every field editable per quote. Adjust one job without touching your defaults.

The old way

Two apps and a spreadsheet vs. one tool

Most crews juggle a measurement app, a separate visualizer, and hand-built quotes. Here's what that costs you on every single job.

The 3-tool juggle LightVision
Get the house photo Drive out, photograph it, upload it — twice, once per app Type the address, Street View import does the rest
Measure the roofline App #1, then copy the footage out by hand Trace it once, totals update live
Show it lit at night App #2, re-upload the same photo, redo the outline Same photo, same outline, one tap
Price the job Spreadsheet math in the truck, hope nothing's forgotten Your rates auto-apply to the measured footage
Deliver the proposal Build a doc that night, send it tomorrow — maybe Branded PDF in their inbox before you leave
What it costs Two subscriptions, billed monthly, forever $149 a year. Flat.

LightVision is built by a permanent lighting contractor in Denver who got tired of juggling a measuring app, a visualizer, and a spreadsheet on every driveway. If it doesn't make your quoting faster, don't pay for it.

Pricing

$149 a year. That's the whole pricing page.

No tiers to decode, no per-seat games, no "contact sales." One job usually covers the year — the rest is margin.

LightVision Pro

$149 / year

That's $12.42 a month — less than the fuel for one repeat site visit.

FAQ

Fair questions

What if Street View's photo of the house is bad or outdated?+

Use any photo. Street View is the fast path — type the address, get the shot — but you can import a photo straight from your phone if you're standing in the driveway anyway. Everything downstream works the same.

Is the night preview a real photo?+

It's a simulated render built from the day photo of their actual house — same walls, same roofline, same trees. It shows where the lights go and how the colors look, not a photograph taken at night.

How accurate are the footage measurements?+

Accurate enough to quote with confidence. LightVision calibrates measurements against the photo as you trace, and every quote stays editable — so if the tape says something different on install day, you adjust the number, not the whole proposal.

Can I change the pricing on a single quote?+

Yes. Your default rates fill in automatically, and every field — per-foot price, minimum, trip fee, line items — is editable on any individual quote without touching your defaults. Discount the neighbor, upcharge the three-story, keep your standard rates intact.

Whose branding is on the proposal?+

Yours. Your logo, your company info, your prices, your terms. The homeowner sees a professional proposal from your business — not an ad for ours.

What happens when the 14-day trial ends?+

Nothing sneaky. There's no credit card on file, so nothing gets charged. If LightVision earned its keep, it's $149 for the year. If not, you walk away owing nothing.
